Dorothy Lendaris Kemp earned her B.A. at Scripps College and her J.D. at Willamette University College of Law. Dorothy practiced in the areas of corporate and estate planning with a mid-sized Pacific Northwest law firm before she entered legal search.

Jim Rondone obtained his B.A. from Occidental College and worked as a legal assistant with a prominent California law firm before going to work in human resources for ARCO. Jim first started in legal search in California in 1988.
