Each search we undertake requires a
substantial investment of our time--in
original research, due diligence, follow up
and follow through--to get to our goal: to
find. We do it to foster long term
relationships. Not only with you, but
more importantly, between you and your employer
or employee.
In return, we ask for a commensurate
commitment from you.
From candidates, this means we'll need more
than your resume. Your writing samples, law
school transcripts, and work and personal
references will expedite your search, so we
urge you to furnish them to us quickly.
Your candor, however, is essential from the
outset, and the more you tell us about your
motivation for a move and your aspirations
for your career, the better equipped we will
be to help you find the best position
available.
From employers, we're looking for more than
just a job description. We want to know your
expectations. We want to gain enough insight
into your company or law firm to understand
what it takes to be successful there. And we
