About Us
Dorothy Lendaris Kemp earned her B.A. from Scripps College and her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. She practiced law for several years in Portland with a regional law firm before entering legal search in 1999.
Jim Rondone graduated with a B.A. from Occidental College. Prior to entering legal search in 1988, he worked as a paralegal for a leading California law firm and as a human resources generalist for a major oil company.
Recruiting together since 1999, Dorothy and Jim established Rondone Kemp in 2001.
