In candidates, that means we look for one or more years of noteworthy legal experience combined with a solid law school record. In employers, we work with companies and law firms that value our ability to bring them exceptional candidates--and that are ready to hire them when we do.

Next, we focus on challenging positions for corporate counsel, associates and partners in the Pacific Northwest, Northern California and other select positions in the West. We don't pretend to have a line on every position, in every part of the country.

Finally, we draw upon our people skills and experience rather than rely too heavily on technology. We emphasize person-to-person contact, in-depth interviews, relationship-building and feedback.
