Dorothy Lendaris Kemp has called the Northwest her home since childhood.  She earned her B.A. from Scripps College and her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.  She practiced law with a regional firm in Portland for several years before entering legal search in 1999.

Jim Rondone spent a few early years in Oregon and returned in 1999.  He graduated with a B.A. from Occidental College, and served as a legal assistant for a leading California law firm and as a human resources generalist for a major oil company, prior to entering legal search in 1988.

Recruiting together since 1999, Dorothy and Jim founded Rondone Kemp Career Counsel in 2001.
